To set up Intel I263 & I420 CODEC's under NT 4.0 do the following:

Copy these Files to the WINNT\SYSTEM32 Subdirectory :

i263_32.drv
icm32.acm

The above files are the video CODEC and the audio CODEC.

Then Merge the VIDCI263.reg into the NT registry by double clicking it.
